Hi!

I'm a video game programmer with ~9 years of experience in developing various games in a variety of genres for smartphones (iOS, Android, and Windows Phone) and PC using the Unity game engine.

I love playing video games and so I have a considerable understanding of gameplay mechanics, game design, balance, and aesthetics. So, I consider myself a bit of a generalist in that regard.

I'm primarily a gameplay programmer, but I frequently dabble in the game design, shader/graphics programming, a bit of creative coding, web development, and some video game UI design.

I work with Unity but I have also played with lower level frameworks like p5.js, raylib, and three.js and am interested in exploring other engines like Godot and Unreal as well.

Detective Dotson(2024-2025)

  • Primary gameplay programmer for a first-of-its-kind project from India.
  • Built entire systems from scratch like NPC interaction system, quest system, a robust custom routine system for NPCs
  • Scripted all levels/cases and created dynamic case structure for quick prototyping and rapid iteration.
  • Contributed considerably to game balance and design.
  • Misc vfx and shader programming.

Loot Biskoot (UEFN)(2023)

  • Worked with UEFN when it first became available in early-mid 2023.
  • Implemented custom behaviour using early versions of UEFN’s Verse script.
  • Quickly learned the new interface, tooling and the UEFN's prop behaviour and helped release the game under a tight deadline.

Osmo's Educational Games(2020-2023)

  • Worked with Osmo's custom image processing hardware for their Enchanted World Games, and Secret of the Dragons sets.
  • Rapid prototyping and design iteration. High quality animations and vfx for multiple mini-games per set.
  • Integration with Spine animations.
  • Contributed to effects and shader work to other unreleased projects.

Battle Bandits(2019-2020)

  • Solo MVP delivery in under a month.
  • Created custom in-engine map editor.
  • Shader FX for snow/grass (HLSL).
  • Assisted with game, UI, and tank design.

Kabaddi Pro(2018-2020)

  • First 3D multiplayer title by the company.
  • Built PvP and PvE modes using Photon and WebSockets.
